Our Journey

Founded in the heart of Alice Springs, Outback Edibles began as a humble venture with a passion to unearth and share Australia's rich indigenous bush foods. Over the years, we've grown from local harvesting partnerships into a nationally recognized supplier, embracing the legacy and wisdom of Indigenous harvesters through respectful collaboration and sustainable practices.

We honor traditional knowledge, ensuring every product carries the story and spirit of the land it comes from. From our first handcrafted bush tomato chutney to catering grand events with native-inspired menus, our milestones highlight a dedication to authenticity and adventure.
